Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at My Leather Brand. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Standard (5–12 business days), Expedited (2–3 business days), and Overnight (1 business day) options.

Order Tracking You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24-72 hours.

International Orders We ship to select international destinations. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund according to our policies.
